Meet Jim Kinneman

A smiling middle-aged man and woman wearing glasses, dressed in formal attire, standing outdoors during sunset, with a scenic background of trees and a field.
Jim and his wife Carol, who have called Oak Ridge home for 25 years.

Jim is running for re-election to the Oak Ridge Town Council to continue the progress our town has made over the years. He’s dedicated to building up community, providing steady leadership & maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Jim Kinneman is a proven leader, Air Force veteran, and longtime Oak Ridge resident focused on practical solutions, not politics.

From sidewalks and live-streaming to youth sports funding and building our water system, Jim delivers results that matter. He’s not seeking higher office, his only goal is keeping Oak Ridge strong, connected, and thriving.
